Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

The Pride In Barry Ambassador Awards 2010 offers a unique opportunity for the business community to support achievement and be associated with the success of Barry.

The Scheme will be officially launched in September 2010 at Barry Memorial Hall.

Pride In Barry is undertaking a continuous programme of awareness raising, including mailings, press releases and presentations, including local news publication to ensure a large number of nominations and maximum publicity for the awards scheme and event.

The Awards ceremony will take place in November 2010 in the Barry Memorial Hall. The Pride In Barry Ambassador Awards 2010 will be a prestigious event and will include a Gala Dinner, a celebrity master of ceremonies, musical and artistic entertainment, and a celebration of the positive contributions made by nominees.

Each finalist and their guest will be in attendance on the night to hear their achievement announced. Sponsors and their guests will also attend this key Barry event and present category winners with their awards.

Award Category Sponsorship - £1600

Sponsors are required for the following six 2006 award categories

BUSINESS AMBASSADOR - Barry Enterprise Award
CULTURAL AMBASSADOR - Creative Barry Award
COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR - Pride In Barry Award
INTERNATIONAL AWARD – Strategic Barry Award
TOURISM AMBASSADOR - Welcome Barry Award
YOUTH AMBASSADOR - Aspiring Youth Award

The sponsorship package includes:-

• from the launch of the awards the category sponsored will be referred to as the [ ] Ambassador Award sponsored by [ ]

• category sponsors will be featured on all promotional materials - entry forms, website, event programme, press releases and post event publicity

• a table at the Award Ceremony for eight, the remaining two seats at the table will accommodate a finalist and their partner)

• the sponsor will announce the winner and make the presentations to their category finalists at the awards ceremony

• photographs will be taken with finalists/celebrity MC/sponsors for promotional use by the sponsor/finalists/Pride In Barry campaign

• liaison with sponsors to assist in publicity opportunities within their own publications, trade journals etc.

 

Champagne Reception Sponsorship - £1000

The sponsorship package includes:-

• use of logo in the pre-event reception area

• promotion - the sponsor will be featured on all promotional materials - entry forms, website, event programme, press releases

• a table for the Award Ceremony for ten

• acknowledgement at the event, including award programme and during the ceremony to highlight support of the event.

Event Sponsors - £550

This package offers sponsorship of the awards evening alone and consists of:-

• a table for ten at the Award Ceremony for the event sponsor and guests

Pride In Barry wishes to recognise our Ambassadors and encourage more people to become Ambassadors and is therefore establishing these Awards.
